Using EM (Electromagnetic) radio frequencies to send and follow a circuit made by inducing the target utility/line and picking up the signal with a receiver to verify placement and depth of specific utility being located through a specific work area prior to digging or excavation. Doing this will help ensure you will find any applicable utilities, to minimize downtime, project delays, costly repairs, and excavator safety. This service can typically locate all power, telecoms, conductive pipes/utilities, tracer wires, or sewer laterals and conduits with an accessible cleanout up to 100' in length. Limitations for this are nonconductive water lines without tracer wire or poly as common unlocatable lines. This service is for the first hour after arrival, and $90 per additional hour. 90% of homeowners will require less than 1 hour. The travel time is factored in as based from distance from Centralia where we are located.
