EM LOCATING
Using EM (Electromagnetic) radio frequencies to send and follow a circuit made by inducing the target utility/line and picking up the signal with a receiver to verify placement and depth of specific utility being located through a specific work area prior to digging or excavation.
Doing this will help ensure you will find any applicable utilities, to minimize downtime, project delays, costly repairs, and ensure excavator safety. This service can typically locate all power, telecoms, conductive pipes/utilities, tracer wires, or sewer laterals and conduits with an accessible cleanout up to 100' in length. Limitations for this are nonconductive water lines without tracer wire or poly as common unlocatable lines.

This service is for the first hour after arrival, and $90 per additional hour.

The travel time is factored in as based from distance from Centralia where we are located. GPR LOCATING
Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) technology for precise utility detection and various other things such as cesspools or Underground Storage Tanks (UST). For various buried utilities that are not conductive or with tracer wires, such as irrigation, water, some gas, storm lines, some sewer laterals with no accessible cleanout, etc. This includes EM locating when needed for conductive utilities.
There are limitations for this method; such as the size of the utility (very small lines), the consistency of the ground (such as moisture content or general makeup) and terrain. A relatively flat and unobstructed terrain is required for this method to work. This method requires a significant amount of time for multiple runs to eliminate false positives and narrow the correct run of a utility. There is a 2 hour minimum, and larger properties or work areas can require longer times.
